Q: What are the postage costs
A: smaller items are carefully packaged and priced according to weight. Cost of postage is clearly marked in the description of the item and we try to keep these costs to a minimum wherever possible. I am happy to combine postage costs for more than 1 item -please contact me prior to checking out so that I can let you know the total cost
Larger items such as furniture are clearly markedthat they are unsuitable for posting and can be collected in person , we can deliver (depending on your location) or help arrange a courier for you (we will pack your item carefully if you choose the courier option). I try to keep delivery charges as low as possible for instance costs would range from 0 - £20 within a 70 mile radius of us. Please contact me by phone or email so that we can agree the best arrangements and costs
Q: How quickly will my item be dispatched?
A: Your item will be dispatched within 2 - 3 days of your order and will be sent using a recorded or tracked delivery service. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched. Please contact me as soon as possible if you feel your parcel has been delayed.
Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: We would be happy to arrange a quote for postage costs.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: All items in the shop are preloved and will often have scars from their previous life which I will describe and photograph as accurately as possible. You are also welcome to contact me to ask for more information or photographs. I want you to love any item you have purchased from Restored2bloved so if on receipt you feel disappointed with the item please contact me and I will do everything I can to resolve the problem including a full refund if needed.
Q: Methods of Payment?
A: It is important to us to offer you a secure method ofpayment. For this reason we use Stripe, which is a quick and secure method for you to pay online. It accepts all major credit and debit cards and most importantly keeps your personal data safe. If you prefer to pay by Pay Pal, please contact me and I can arrange for this payment to be made without using our checkout page. You may also pay in cash or card for any large items delivered by me or you arrange to collect in person.
