This is a lovely old English set of cast iron metal Roman numerals, designed to be set into the garden lawn.

This is a complete set, so quite unusual for them all to remain together. They are approx 9 cm or 3.5" tall. Beautifully aged and rusted. They each have pegs in the back for them to be pushed and secured into the lawn. They have a beautifully weathered patina.

Each is stamped with the manufacturers mark on the back B G L London - which was an English games manufacturer circa 1930's -40's

They are a perfect fun game for the garden or maybe for a sundial. They are also great for a summer party or wedding game. However, they also look equally beautiful as original home decoration maybe displayed on a shelf.
